[state-local-wg] Hi state-local-wg list.

[Robert Lount]

My name is Robert Lount and I joined this list because I believe that
state and local government data wants to be Free. =) I'd like to be a
part of that happening in Oregon, especially in rural parts of the
state. I am a lowly systems and network guy, but I discovered map
servers and the spatial plugin for postgres... Talk about a good time.
So I have a keen interest in matters I believe will be related here
and hope to gain some focus and direction.
