Marketing Meeting minutes

Attendees: Emma, Terri, Mel, Brock

* OSFA Awards - targeted for distribution @ OSCON; also coincides with 
1st Anniversary of OSFA founding
    Emma is sending out updated submission form and info for landing page
    Reach out to Technical Steering Committee members to judge
    Possible ceremony tie-in with after-hours, off-site cocktail reception
    Submission form to be live for 2 weeks

* Calendar on osfa.com [sic]
    Would like to open it up, allow members to add events
    Signify events where OSFA has a direct presence (exhibit, speaking, etc)
    Also signify events where other Founding companies have a presence
    Make events expandable to include more info (ex. Founding companies 
present, event abstract) or include as hover text
    Include OSFA-led webinars/events

* Potential webcast - Open Source GIS in the Public Sector
    Reaching out to Tyler Mitchell @ OSGeo
