Hi Deb and Brock,
Thanks for including me in your kick-off call!
As most of my day job is represented by this list of activities, I
would be happy to join you. However this Thursday at 4pm eastern I
will be doing a presentation on the State of Open Source in the Public
Sector for the Oregon Association of Government IT Managers winter
conference. (I could use a single slide to include OSFA in my
presentation - could you send me our most current?).
In support of OSFA marketing activities and objectives, I anticipate
continuing to help with:
> Generating mindshare in the public sector space around open source
>
> Speaking engagements at public sector events
>
> Public sector event participation
>
Next week if, if you'd like to push this out to the event calendar on
the OSFA web site I'll be moderating a panel "Breaking Down
Stovepipes: Using Open Source Tools for Emergency Response Personnel"
at :
TCIP 2010 : Technologies for Critical Incident Preparedness
February 2-4
Sponsored by: Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland
Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD)
Philadelphia Downtown Marriott
event web site is: http://www.tcipexpo.com/
Cheers,
Deb Bryant
