[infrastructure] web archives - fixed!

[Ean Schuessler]

Thanks to some help from Mark Sapiro, Barry Warsaw, Steve Holden and Terri Molini I think I have all the kinks worked out the mail archiver. I still haven't replayed past messages but I'll try to take a look at that tomorrow. Good news is, archives are working!
