Hi Elizabeth,

Unfortunately, you are correct that the site requires people to log in using their Google/Yahoo/OpenID etc. The site is run by Ideascale (not OSFA). It is a free service.

It's true that some people will probably choose not to vote if they have to give their login.  But given the timeframe we needed to get this up (& lack of budget), we really didn't feel like we had another option.
