[infrastructure] voting

Hi,

The statement is:

    "Login.
    ideascale.com is asking for some information from your Google
    Account. To see and approve the request, sign in. Learn more"

The instructions need to be a bit less opaque. Many folks will not 
bother to follow the Learn more link nor tell us that that's why they 
did not vote.
