Is live on http://opensourceforamerica.org/awards

It creates project manager entries in the ofbiz backend. I still need to 
get it to send emails to the proper people when new entries are created. 
The data is, at least, being stored to the database.

Log into the project manager app and look at the AWARDS top level 
project and its sub-projects and their subprojects.
