[infrastructure] OSFA: Infrastructure call reminder

Actually, I just left you a voicemail... basically just to see what/if 
you need anything from Emma or myself in regards to posting the 
submission form for the Awards on the website? I realize it's not as 
urgent as the news/rules on the awards, since submissions aren't being 
accepted until Friday, but wanted to make sure you had everything you 
need to proceed.

Ah, I now see your confusion about the call... for some reason the email 
said 4:30pm ET today instead of 4pm...
