I like your edits! One concern: on the "clean" version, the document is running into a third page (this could be an Open Office issue on my end). Do you think we need to give a bit more explanation of the Report Card? Thanks for all your work on this.

Hi Josh,
i am attaching small changes (a clean version and one with the changes i
made) I thought it might be a good idea to highlight some current
initiatives and just put in bullets - did not expound on them.
The page needs some call to action at the end or recommendations or
conclusion. i was not sure - since the call to action is in the front -
perhaps move it to the end?
What do you think?
