[infrastructure] OSFA: Request to move meeting out by 30 minutes

Hello.

We are wondering if folks have an issue with moving today's call out by 
30 minutes

So instead of 4:00 ET / 3:00 CT / 1:00 PT it would be 4:30 ET / 3:30 CT 
/ 1:30 PT
