[infrastructure] OSFA: Reminder - 6 April (4:00pm ET/ 3:00pm CT / 1:00pm PT)

If possible, someone from OSFA should go.  Several folks from the
California State IT Department are going to be there, as well as someone
from the City of San Francisco and the Fed, and the main topic is going
to be Government Open Source.

However, the fee to attend is $1500, and doesn't get waived for
*anybody*.  I'd love to attend (I'm an Olliance partner), but can't
justify the expense right now.
