sub-committee meeting held on 9/22. Please review and add anything that 
may have been omitted, needs more detail, etc.

1) /todo page discussed
  . RSS feeds
  . calendar server
    o iCal support, events aggregator and for use within working-groups 
to manage deliverables
2) /support
  . need to add help section to site with links from drop-down menu, 
bottom (site map) and on pages within sections. (Ean, Gunnar, Terri, 
Matt and Ryan)
3) /platform-tools page
  . to review and fine tune the content (Melanie)
4) email to working-groups
  . First to go is "to chairs of working groups"
    o targeting Wed 9/23 to send (Greg)  
    o (critical) need names to add to the database (assign roles) 
(Gunnar, Terri)
    o (critical) working-group pages need descriptions and who to 
contact (Gunnar)
5) email to all members
  . targeting Wed 9/30 (Terri)
  . (critical) information regarding working-groups needs to be posted 
to the pages with chairs or Interim chairs identified (where possible)

6) logo usage language for website
  . draft language to be circulated to steering committee (Terri)
    o include language for future banners (Founding Member, Member of 
OSFA, etc) (Terri)
7) consider a help-wanted page for community postings
8) upgrade server (Ean)
