[infrastructure] Working Groups - Web Page - [was: Re: Reminder: Infrastructure call today]

Hi All,

At this afternoon's meeting I promised to provide a "straw man"  i.e. an 
outline of what we might want to expect on the front page of each 
working group's web page.  Here are my thoughts:


    _Welcome Page for each Work Group_

    1. Welcome paragraph

    2. Chair /lead information

        2.1 Contact info for the lead & members

        2.2 Bio or chair / members

    3. Purpose, Objectives, Charter of the working group

    4. Expected contributions of those who join

    5. Working Process

        5.1 phone meetings

            5.1.1 establish a central conference number?

        5.2 email group discussion

        5.3 chat room

        5.4 schedule of meetings

        5.5 Agendas

        5.6 Minutes of assignments and responsibilities

    6.0 Tags, Links, etc.
