[infrastructure] What platform is OSfA built on?

I couldn't make today's call but plan to make next week's. While I do
not have experience with OFBiz, I do have significant experience
administering Tomcat-based containers and Java applications as well as
JEE application development.
I would be more than willing to help out in that facet and to get up to
speed on the intricacies of OFBiz. Also, not sure if you're running on
bare metal or VMs or if you're using Apache or nginx proxies, but I'd be
happy to help out on that front as well.
