      descriptions for each of the working groups

. logo usage - create log in protected page with usage language and 
agreement check box (terri & Ean)
. establish mail list and working group page to introduce working groups 
(terri & Gunnar)
. need chairs of group w/ contact info (Gunnar)
. craft sample language for chairs to use on their pages (Elizabeth)
. add page for /platform-tools - to support email going on Wed 9/16
    - intro (Ean)
    - create page and mail list (terri)
         . include register for account and sign in links
. consider adding email a friend (with suggested language for email) 
option on profile page (infrastructure.next)
. OfBiz platform is Java Tom Cat running OfBiz. CMS is OfBIZ -- Open For 
Business http://ofbiz.apache.org/
. move steering committee list to OSfA site (terri & Melanie)
