I think Elizabeth should change her sig line.  A 30K image in a sig line
is ridiculous.  *After* she does that, I'd like to raise the limit just
so I can post files to this list if we need them.

I don't see expanding that as a problem; this is a
subscription-moderated list, yes?  Maybe 12.
