Role based controls (Ean). Terri has assigned roles in party manager

emails assigned to organization and an individual needs code to be 
addressed (Ean/Bruno/Terri)
. need to associate a person with the founding companies vs  ....
. temporary fix, joining mailman emails against the person table vs 
companies

password:
. OfBiz or Mailman (Elizabeth)
 - remove terri.molini at sun.com from db

Remove junk or to be deleted items in party manager (Ean). Terri will 
then review the list and determine if there are more names to be 
removed/deleted.

How to administer mail lists.
. Thru mailman. Look for Mailman documentation (Elizabeth). Elizabeth to 
add a page with the information and it will then be added to the drop 
down button.
