[infrastructure] Possibly OT - Presentation template

Not sure if this falls into our purview or not.

Since OSFA is a policy / advocacy centered org. I kind of figure at some 
point someone is going to be giving presentations. So, what about 
producing a presentation template with OSFA graphics for the 
backgrounds, a logo, etc. My choice would of course be to make this an 
OpenDocument presentation template file.

What do folks think?
