[infrastructure] A nit-picky point regarding the Get Involved menu

Hi,

One little thing - in looking at the site I notice that the Get Involved 
menu (after login) is displayed as if there are two groups of menu 
items, separated by a small space. If one traverses the list of menu 
items slowly crossing this 'space' between the groups closes the menu. 
Father an annoyance for folks that tend to move the mouse as the read 
the items in the menu. To avoid closing the menu then you need to move 
the mouse rather quickly over that space.
