also included the minutes from last weeks meeting (thank you Melanie) so 
that we are all on the same page.

_Completed Action Items_
1. Mirror of dev server has been set up in Brazil
2. PostgreSQL performance check of configuration is complete
3. Mailman has been set up on dev server
4. Founders are all flagged in the database, so we can create a mailing 
list.
   
Pending Action Items
1. Mailing lists
     *Transfer mailman to production server (Ean, with help from Matt & 
Ryan, possibly Josh)
     *Lists need to be created and tested (Ean)
2. First Emails
     *Send to Founders (Gunnar).  Since mailing lists aren't yet 
working, founders will reply directly to Gunnar to sign up for workgroup 
leadership roles.
3. Wiki
      *Create security permissions (Ean)
      *Any registered user will be able to edit the wiki pages.  Will 
increase security levels if needed.
4. Chat (IRC) for future committee use
      *Set up #OSfA (Josh and Elizabeth).  Let them know asap if you 
have a preferred chat client.

5. Corporate SignUp page
      *Ean and Terri working on format.  Ean/Bruno will implement.
6.  If you have resources [tech folks] who can help Ean with some of 
these tasks over the next couple of weeks, pls contact him asap.
