I've pushed updates to enable credentials to the site. I also set some rules to hide mailing lists with INTERNAL in their description. I don't know if Mailman has a notion of a global database that would control what lists users are allowed to subscribe to. I think they do that all manually with list subscription moderation. I may be able to hack something together to have OFBiz auto-moderate subscriptions based on user role definitions. At least this gets us started. All of you should now be able to do a password recovery if you had already registered.
