[infrastructure] Fixing Zimbra accounts

I have several emails that still need me to do something with them. Have 
been waiting to have the email and working groups enabled so that I can 
resend a note.

Could you let us know when we can send the email out to the membership? 
Does this mean you will not be on the Friday call?
