Bi-weekly or monthly are do-able. A set time will allow folks to block their calendar. I tend to agree with Fred. We ought to focus on what we want to accomplish and how. Agendas are good.

I work on Medsphere's open source projects, community and research teams. Medsphere provides implementation, training and support services around the open source OpenVista (distribution of the VA's VistA) EHR.

Thanks,
- Ben

In the meantime, I'll be putting in place a bi-weekly (or monthly) bridge call as a placeholder for us to sync-up "in person". We can either do that as a bridge call (or Skype meeting if all of us have access). Please let me know if you have a preference (bi-weekly vs. monthly, phone vs. skype, etc.) and I'll try to accommodate the majority.
