This set of guidelines is obviously the product of a thorough and well executed process of fact-gathering, analysis, distillation, and concise expression.  I simply can't see any improvements at all at this point.  I'll keep thinking, though.

Thank you for your superb effort.  This is precisely the sort of energy and action that our nation requires.  Keep up the good work!
