The E-vote 2011-project shall establish a secure electronic voting
solution for general, municipal and county council elections which shall
provide better accessibility for all usergroup to caste their ballot.
The solution shall ensure rapid implementation of elections with
efficient resource usage in the municipalities, and shall facilitate the
excercise of direct democracy. The present high level of trustworhiness
at holding elections, based on the prinsicple of secret ballots, shall
be upheld.

The Norwegian Government request and require an open source solution.

 

A group of companies (Cybernetica, Computas and Acando) from Estonia and
Norway propose a full Election system build on and delivered as open
source.

 

Somebody else that works with the same ideas and we could join forces?
