So I think this is a key message, and Mike, I think that you are maybe
better positioned than anybody to speak to it.

Is there a way that we can point to the work in Indiana and say "open
source increases access, and access demonstrably improves learning
outcomes"?  Is there an "Indiana playbook" that you could publish?
