[education-wg] getting started

Thank you for the responses to the posting on this list. While there 
have not been many I'm assuming that this is an appropriate way to proceed.

Let's get started by forming the strategies group. Who would like to 
work on developing strategies for the education workgroup. Please e-mail 
me if you're interested in participating.
