[acquisitions-wg] Debian Conference: seeking speakers on government

I'm helping the Debian Conference (http://debconf10.debconf.org/)
organize a track about the promotion of free software among schools,
nonprofits, and government agencies. The subject is clearly in line
with OSFA's mission. I'm trying to reach Phil Ashlock and Andrew
Hoppin. Could someone here help me contact them? I also encourage
others with expertise in this area to consider coming to New York City
in August. I can put you in touch with conference organizers.
